While we love entrepreneurship, investing, and real estate, we also like thinking and talking about the whole person. Prior to episode 20, we ended each podcast by asking our guests to share a “funny story”. This stumped most guests, so we changed by asking about a good fitness hack to find ways of getting or staying healthy easier.
This has given us a long list of excellent tips and tricks beyond just fitness to include overall health and wellness. In this episode, we share many of the ideas our guests have given us over the last six months along with some of our own ideas about how to focus more on wellness in our lives.
